  In early 2009 we decided to have a conservatory added to our house, we approached “Conservatory World” for a quote to complete the work. From the outset we were impressed by their professionalism and no pressure attitude, we accepted their quote. They then made an excellent job of drawing up our plans and submitting the planning application.

On the same day our planning permission was approved the foundations were started and in two weeks our conservatory was complete. Both the builders who dug the foundations and completed the brickwork and the lads who erected the conservatory could not be faulted they worked hard, were always pleasant and did an excellent job. We have been delighted with our conservatory, it’s now the best room in the house and we have not experienced any problems.

  We have used Conservatory and Window World on 2 occasions, and have been extremely happy with the quality of the work. Most recently, we had new windows put in, a bay window, and a new conservatory. The improvements to our home are wonderful, and a number of people have commented on the bay window and conservatory..., which is really stunning.

From the beginning of the process,...i.e. the consultation, design and quotation aspect, to the end...i.e. completion, all the staff were reliable, hardworking, amenable and very professional. The materials used are of high quality, the work was completed as quickly as possible, with as little disruption as possible, a range of skilled tradesmen were employed to undertake a range of different duties and the "after sales" service has also been excellent.

  Dear Peter, Paul and the Lads,

I am writing on behalf of the patients and staff of Weardale Community Hospital to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and to say a huge tank you for our lovely conservatory. It especially looks wonderful at this time of year with the Christmas Tree outside and all the Christmas decorations twinkling away around it's panoramic windows.

Our Day Hospice opened as planned on Thursday 9th September 2004 and we are now up and to full capacity. The patients and staff love the light and spacious environment and it is used throughout the week by patients and their visitors when they require a quiet and private space.

The Durham Dales Primary Care Trust management are delighted with the outcome., improving the hospitals external appearance as well as providing and extra, very useful space, which can double up as an extra meeting room when the need arises.

As you are aware, we named the room 'Robert's Sun Room' in memory of Robert Niven our architect who designed the hospital, and who suggested the need for a sun room to be built on the front elevation to enhance the building. Robert of course died weeks after the hospital was opened but using his special room for our Day Hospice has given it even more meaning and a very unique atmosphere.
